LOVE'S RESOLVE

Love never gives up on people. It never stops trusting, never loses hope, and never quits.


There are four different kinds of love namely, friendship love that exists between friends, brotherly love that exists between family members, sexual attraction kind of love that exists between two persons in love and unconditional love (agape love). The Bible speaks about everyone of these as each one has its vital place.

It's so very important for those in a relationship to bond strongly on the levels of friendship and sexual attraction but to last, these must be on the foundation of unconditional love because agape love will not change but will hold the relationship up and steady through all times and circumstances. The coming together of two persons can be divinely inspired and orchestrated but managing the relationship is entirely their responsibility.

Someone has rightly said that relationships do not fail, people do. Even some beautiful God-inspired relationships have failed because among other reasons, the managers of the relationship lost faith in each other. We ought to remember that love does not give up. It puts up with everything and never retires in faith. This is the kind of loving commitment God puts into His relationship with us and if your relationship with your partner will stay strong and sweet till the end of time, this is the kind of resolve required.
