TRUE LOVE

Matthew 11:
28  Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”


I remember as a little girl growing up was fun especially partaking in children Sunday School with all the having to memorize and recite verses. When I first heard the opening verse, I wondered in my little mind how that was possible and as I grew up it just confirmed the thought I had because it seemed giving one's life to Christ was a difficult task that came with a lot of challenges. Soon though I was to discover something intriguing.

When true love is put as the only motivation for any action produced, then it's surely done with a sense of pleasure that brings joy, not with a sense of work nor duty or stress. This applies to all relationships be it love, work or a partnership relationship that exists between people.

If anything makes life fun and enjoyable, its love. Refuse to let situations, people, circumstances, wealth or fame influence your decision in matters of the heart. If you want to be happy, then per time let love lead the way.
