The first day I met him was a memorable one. I saw the image of the conventional 'TDH' Tall Dark and Handsome young man. It reminded me of Nollywood love stories which usually never ends well. And then I thought to myself, Abeg(please), I can't date this kind of guy.... They are usually very arrogant, disrespect women and to cap it all, they aren't usually God fearing but somehow we got talking and it was strictly professional talk. And then he came again and again and again and...... the gist got deeper.

We actually met at the NYSC orientation camp in Kubwa,Abuja over two(2) years ago. Yes! love in orientation camp. If you know what that means then your thought is as good as mine, they usually ended at the camp gate. However ours was different.

Just two(2) weeks after we met and a few days before passing out from Camp he asked me to marry him. What!  I was shocked! "What does this young man think of me? A desperate corper  or what? My answer was straight and simple! No! After all it will soon end at camp gate in few hours. Well, I allowed the friendship to blossom after we left Camp. He was very supportive, humble, nice kind, treated mel like a queen.... and he still is. We got to involved in a couple of commitments together such as working in the Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF), there I saw his commitment and dedication to the things of God even more in the responsibilities he later upon himself in that house. Our place primary assignment was a stone throw from each other which made us see and interact daily . Finally, I fell in love, as the knowledge of him together with his invaluable character made it possible.I realised God had blessed me with an asset and that His promise towards me was about to come to pass.

We started the relationship formally after a year of our first contact and got married a couple of months into our relationship and  it's been a sweet sweet journey all the way.

And it shall always remain sweet as honey continously to you both, Mr and Dr Mrs Adebisi Adeyeye. Congratulations from all of us at LoveIssues.
