Like a roller coaster moving in different turns and maximum speed so is this world. It keeps evolving in all facets of its existence. If you ask me if this is strange, my response will be; absolutely not. As a matter of fact, it's expected and more technologies, more inventions, more ideologies, more ethics are yet to be revealed. We already see this take it's a course in the prophecy as seen here.

And thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run through and knowledge shall be multiplied.

In the aspect of the world's view on love, relationship, and marriage, this too isn't left out. We hear of all sorts of new ideologies such as gay LGBTQ, open relationships or marriages, emotional entanglements, and the likes and how fast and widely accepted they are becoming. These have made so many confused about what's right and obtainable when it comes to a courtship or marriage relationship. Many who have admired and have looked up to some celebrities and their marriages get so disheartened when such marriage models come crashing down.

This has led to many accepting the delusion that marriages don't work anymore. Well, just because the majority of the marriages we see on social media, in Hollywood, and on Entertainment stories fall apart, shouldn't make us conclude that the ever first institution that was initiated by the One who creates all things is old fashioned. Nothing He does ever gets out of fashion.

To be on the side of caution is to ask what blueprint for marriage did these people subscribe to once negative news of a broken marriage hits your sense of hearing. We live in a world where social media and influencers rule the affairs of people's thinking by the varieties of what they do, say and post, and to their followers, not minding what these sets of people are plugged into unto. Everybody wants to be an authority but not many want to take God's Word as their final authority. Be selective in your choice of whom you listen to and or who inspires your life especially in love, relationships, and marriages. Take to heart the words of Paul...Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

Sir Morris Cerullo (of blessed memory) who has just passed on into glory, was married to his wife for over 67 years. They both met in their early twenties while doing the business of the Master. Many more of such beautiful and successful marriages have been and will continue to be. The crux of this matter is that a threefold cord is not easily broken; refuse to allow the world and its ideologies to mess up your head and heart.

More importantly, be an emulator of those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised to those who stand to glorify the Way. Trust me, you can have that happily ever after marriage you desire but you have to be committed to knowledge in the light of truth. I sure hope you choose to get inspired by the words, posts, and life of those who are plugged to the Way. Have a wonderful week.
