To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.


Being single is not a curse or a disadvantage in anyway. I use single here to mean that you are not yet married and are not yet engaged or into a relationship that is headed for marriage. The time when you're single is a time of discovering yourself. It's a season that the Lord gives to each of us in our lives for growth, learning and service, of finding your gifts, skills and uniqueness. It's the time when you are to discover God's special purpose for bringing you into this world at such a time as this. As a single, you ought to cultivate a rock solid personal relationship with God. You'll need it in time to come. Singleness is a blessing.

Just because you haven't found or seen that 'someone' doesn't mean there is something wrong with you in any way. As a child of God you must understand that the lines have fallen to you in pleasant places and that what is yours by inheritance is good and admirable. Do not allow depression weigh you down. If the enemy can convince you that there's something wrong with you, then he has sold you falsehood. Cheer up and be full of glee. Your portion is good and lovely. Keep your heart full of joy and hope.

Believe that the best is yours. The just shall live by faith. You cannot be disadvantaged when you sustain this kind of confidence. For the evil one to make you disadvantaged he'd have to steal this faith from you. Do not allow him. Refuse to accept the lies that this world offers in whatever manner that it comes rather understand that there is time for everything, this time is for you to add value to yourself, putting the Word into your mind that it may produce the right substance in you making you the answer to the prayers of that 'someone'. Be patient with the timing.
