Many times when it comes to wanting a great relationship, we are always quick to look out for qualities in the opposite sex that complement ours but the truth is that most times we attract our kind generally, and not just the positive thoughts in our minds as some believe. We actually attract those things that are inbuilt in us and that have over the years made us who we are. In other words, no matter how little the measure is, first develop in yourself those great and adorable virtues you want to see in your spouse/partner. If you sow them in yourself, you'll reap them in your partner. Also, if you sow them in yourself you'll be sought after. Esther didn't become the queen of the land by finding the right person; she did by becoming the right person.

It has been discovered that when singles want to get married they spend a lot of time, energy and even money looking for the right person but only a fraction of singles devote time to being the right person, developing the right qualities and values. To make a good marriage, a good amount of hard work is required and this may take a long or short period of time, depending on your state of mind. For one to be successful in a relationship/marriage, there needs to be commitment, character, discipline, patience,humility and a host of other things. A true lover doesn't first seek to marry the right person but to be the right person. If you believe the person you want to marry deserves the best, you'll be motivated to become better.

If you are still single, be assured that it's not a bad thing neither is it out of place to be one. It only means you have an opportunity to make things properly straightened out while you've got the time to do so. You may feel you're old enough already to be married or to be courting but cheer up and remember it's never too late to acquire the right substance that would make a difference in your love life. Hence, still focus on being the best you that you can be. I tell you, one sure way of attracting good to yourself especially in matters of the heart is by giving yourself over to true love until it becomes a vital part of your being. As this life of love becomes deeply rooted in your mind and daily living, you find that things start falling in place and you begin to get better than you desire.
