Today I am inspired to share with you the importance of keeping our minds and hearts on Jesus. That's the ONLY way we can truly live a life of love. In loving people we need to understand that the "how" has been shown to us. Sometimes people say they really want to love but do not know how to go about it. Now you can know exactly how to do that. God is no longer keeping back anything that needs to be known from mankind. He hid certain things from many generations and many ages until His Son Jesus arrived here. Since that time those things which were concealed have now been revealed. Dear friends, there is a way to love. There is a "how-to" and this is what we want to extract from today's quote. To know how to love we need to learn from Jesus. The person you stick around a lot usually rubs off on you without you knowing. You and I can learn how to love by sticking around Jesus. In Him we see the way to love.

The next point I want to communicate today is that it is through Jesus we get to God. This sounds very usual and simple but when we interpret it in the light of love, it becomes really amazing. God is love. Only through Jesus can we access love. This is big. If you're looking for love because you have been abused, misused and confused by people and situations in the past, you need to know that it's through Jesus you'll find love. I know you want to have somebody who will love, cherish, adore, value and respect you. You can find this person through Jesus. If you have not known Jesus personally, you need to make it a priority to do so now. After that, you need to change your desires. You really do not need a prince charming; you need a man like Jesus. No one can be more charming than Jesus. You don't need a woman who's a model, you need a woman who is like Jesus. Change the way you see things. Jesus is the way to find true love. Make Him the center of what you desire in anyone. Reset your selection preferences. Give Him first place. Look out for Jesus in the people you consider for a marriage relationship.

Finally, I remember the words of a song I love. It says, "If you want a road to travel, Jesus is the only way!" Life is like a journey. You start from a certain point but you don't end there. Your relationship also is like a journey. Your marriage is like a journey. I encourage and challenge you today to "travel on Jesus." In your loving people and loving that special someone in your life, I challenge you to travel far into this road, this way, called Jesus. You'll be more than glad you did. Set your relationship on this route. Explore this road. The more you travel on this road, the more you want to travel on this road. The farther and further you go on this road, the farther you want to go. If your relationship/marriage is suffering from lack of direction, you can correct that by setting it on this road called Jesus. He's inexhaustible. He's intriguing. He's exciting. There is only one way to learn how to love, there is only one way to access love and there is only one way on which your love relationship should travel, this way is Jesus.
